Farm management, handled end to end

Farm Management

Your fields, run like clockwork

We take on the day-to-day running of market gardens, orchards and mixed farms: what gets planted where, who does the work, and how the harvest gets sold. You keep ownership — we bring the plan, the crew routines and the record-keeping.

Every engagement starts with a walk of your land and a soil review, then a written season plan you approve before anything is spent.

Common Questions

Farm management FAQs

What size farms do you manage?+

From two-acre market gardens to 200-acre mixed farms. Below two acres, a seasonal advisory visit is usually a better fit.

Do I lose control of my land?+

Never. You approve the season plan and every major spend. We execute, document and report — ownership and final say stay with you.

How is pricing structured?+

A flat monthly retainer based on acreage and intensity, plus agreed pass-through costs for inputs and seasonal labor.

Can you help sell what we grow?+

Yes — grading, packing and access to our farmers-market stall, CSA routes and wholesale buyers are part of the service.
